Our premises are situated at 82 Wharfedale Road, Tyseley, Birmingham just a 200 yard walk from Tyseley station. We border Hay Mills and Acocks Green village and we are easliy accesible from the A41 and A45 and other various motorway networks.

Our nursery is within a universal unit that was previoulsy used for manufactoring. The nursery has been converted to a high standard and due to the nature of the building we have lots of play space providing very large spaces for children to play and explore. Please see our photo gallery giving you a taste of what the building offers.

Our nursery house's children within 4 homely 'base rooms' which are dedicated for caring for children within a particular age group. Baby room is for our children aged 6 weeks to 12 months, our Toddler room for children aged 12 month to 24 months, our Nursery room for children aged 24months to 36 months and our Preschool unit for children aged 3 years to 5 years.

Each 'Base room' has a dedicated room manager/ leader who is responsible for the leadership, management and development of the staff thus ensuring you recieve a smooth seamless service and that the best interests of the children are foremost in our provision.

Our Excellent Staff  team are qualified in ‘Early Years Child Care & Education’ to a minimum of level 2 or 3 and the Manager and Deputy manager in addition to their Early Years qualification also hold NVQ level 3 in Nursery Management.

All staff are trained in the required 12 hour peadiatric first aid and safeguarding of children. They also undergo a thorough induction on our policies and procedures upon commencement of employement. In addition this is supported by a regualr programme of refresher training both in house and externally.

We have staff designated for the role of the setting based SENCO (Special Education Needs Co Ordinator) and DMS for safeguarding ensuring we remain current with legislation and have a framework in place for consulting outside agencies as appropriate.

We are also registered to accept most types of childcare voucher and are in receipt of funding for 2, 3 & 4 year olds under the free place Nursery Education Grant scheme. Please ask us to find out if your child qualifies for up to 15 hours per week free childcare.

The children are regularly able to enjoy the surrounding environment, through walks, picnics, nature trails and other outdoor activities. Additionally we have an enclosed fully equipped outdoor play area. The children are supervised at all times whether outdoors or inside.

Through planned use of all our facilities, our aim is to provide a happy relaxed and stimulating atmosphere in which your child will receive a high standard of care and education to enable he/she to reach their full potential.

We seek to establish a clear sense of social, moral and ethical values for our children to help them grow into mature, caring and responsible adults.

Our standard of care is maintained to the highest level, and this, accompanied with our flexibility and reliability ensures that both your needs and those of the children are met.

Children will be made to feel welcome, safe and secure at all times so Parents can access work/train for work confident in the knowledge that their children are cared for in a safe and interesting environment.
